Michael M. Barch
Strategic Advisor – Institutional and Government Partnerships
For more than 40 years, Mr. Barch has held senior management positions in various medical corporations representing nearly every facet of healthcare. Most recently, he has served as Chairman of The Healthcare Council, ShareSource and Heuro Health, a next generation engagement and wellness company. Previously, he served as Chairman of Global Pharmaceutical Sourcing, a pharmaceutical distribution company. For twenty years Mr. Barch served as CEO of The George Washington University Medical Center which at the time included direct responsibility for the hospital, faculty practice, HMO and school of Medicine. In 1983 Mr. Barch took a sabbatical year and worked for President Ronald Reagan on the Grace Commission refining Federal Health Systems (D.O.D., V.A., Indian Health Services) operations. Also, Mr. Barch was one of the founders of the Washington Regional Transplant Community and Unity Healthcare. Subsequently, for five years Mr. Barch served as Assistant VP, Associate Dean at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Following his appointment at Johns Hopkins, Mr. Barch was named President and CEO of Managed Care Assistance Corporation which developed several physician networks and HMO’s largely around Community Health Centers. Mr. Barch subsequently served as CEO of the Public Benefits Corporation of the District of Columbia and as CEO of Columbia Hospital for Women. Mr. Barch currently sits on several high technology healthcare advisory boards. Mr. Barch holds a joint degree in economics and finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an MHSA from The George Washington University.

Lisa Wilson
Consultant – Investor Relations and Public Relations
Lisa Wilson founded In-Site Communications in 1995. She provides senior level strategic counsel, and hands-on implementation required to successfully execute custom-tailored programs for each client. She brings extensive knowledge of the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare services industries.
Lisa’s expertise is well-known on Wall Street and in the investment communities of significant financial centers worldwide. She is able to leverage her comprehensive understanding of the capital markets and long-standing relationships to benefit In-Site’s clients. She has successfully introduced numerous clients to high profile institutional investors, resulting in significant stock purchases.
Prior to starting In-Site, Lisa was a Senior Vice President at Morgen-Walke Associates, Inc., where she managed the healthcare investor relations group. Lisa provided strategic direction for clients in the pharmaceuticals, generics, drug delivery and medical devices fields. She supervised a team focused on planning and conducting comprehensive investor relations activities for numerous companies, most notably Biovail, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Watson Pharmaceuticals.
Before entering the field of investor relations, Lisa was a healthcare equity analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co., where she covered the specialty pharmaceuticals, drug delivery and generic drug sectors. Her coverage universe encompassed Alza, Alpharma, Dura, Elan, Forest Labs, KV Pharmaceutical, Marsam, Mylan, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Zenith. This sell-side experience established Lisa as an expert in the healthcare field.
Lisa holds a B.A. from New York University and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
